Every tool on this site began as an attempt to explain something. A class could not picture what a compressor was doing to a drum loop, or what an envelope was shaping, so the thing itself was built and put on screen where they could move it. All of it was made in the room where it gets taught.

What a department gets

One price per centre, whatever the number of students. It covers every student in the department, one teacher account with the class view, and the essay marking described below. It is invoiced to the school once a school year, and renewing is a fresh decision each year; nothing rolls over automatically.

  • A readiness view. See where a class (or one student) stands against the spec, without chasing homework to find out.

  • The essay-marking loop. Component 3’s Q5 and Q6 and Component 4’s Q6 essays are marked against the assessment objectives examiners use, with feedback that names the AO and the level as well as a score.
  • Per-student links, no accounts. Most of a class is under 18, so each student gets a private link that carries their own progress. There is no email address to collect and nothing to register.
  • A data-processing agreement your DPO can read today. The school stays data controller; the full UK GDPR Article 28 agreement is published in full, alongside the privacy notice, before anyone asks.
  • The system I teach with. This is the marking and revision system I use with my own classes, opened up to other departments.

What it does not cover

This site covers Components 3 & 4, the written and practical exams, which together make 60% of the A-level grade. It does not cover the rest of the specification, and it does not replace what happens in your own studio for the Component 1 & 2 coursework. There is no self-service school sign-up yet; a department gets in by a teacher signing in directly.
